Alicia Sidik, SIILK Fellow
Alicia Sidik is a Fellow at the Intentional Endowments Network. She is a senior at University of California, Berkeley, where she studies Society and Environment an Interdisciplinary Studies Field. She is interested in the role of anchor institutions in driving local economic growth while advancing opportunities to reduce racial and economic inequity. She has previously worked as a research intern at the Pew Research Center and on the Higher Education team at the Democracy Collaborative. At the Collaborative, she worked on issues related to community wealth building and how universities can purse place-based engagement through local hiring, investing and purchasing activities.
