Robert Carraro founded Lake Hills Philanthropic Services, LLC (www.lakehillsps.com) to help foster and strengthen relationships between donors and the worthy organizations working to improve our world. Prior to launching Lake Hills, Bob served in senior program, marketing and fundraising positions with the Asia Foundation, Carbon Disclosure Project, the Nature Conservancy, TechnoServe, Gilda’s Club Worldwide (now Cancer Support Community) and Dreyfus Health Foundation. Bob has broad experience with particular expertise in capacity-building, international development, economic opportunity, healthcare, social justice and environmental issues. His partnership-building experience extends beyond the United States to include Africa, Asia, Europe and Latin America. Earlier in his career, Bob served as an official of the Miyazaki (Japan) Prefectural Government and was a television news producer for the Japan Broadcasting Corporation (NHK). Bob was educated at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service (MSFS, East Asian affairs and international trade) and Bentley College (BS, international business).
