The High Meadows Institute is focused on the role of business responsibility in assuring sustainable economic and social progress in a globalized world. The Institute was founded in 2013 by a small group of senior business leaders with deep experience in the private and nonprofit sectors. The Institute works in close partnership with other leading think tanks and academic and business organizations to advance its mission.

The Institute’s current priority is exploring with financial sector leaders how to ensure capital markets are sustainable and operate in the long-term interests of both investors and society.
