Lauren currently supports the national student responsible investment movement as Campaigns Director for the Responsible Endowments Coalition. Originally from Seattle, Washington, Lauren organized to stop the development of coal export facilities on the Pacific Northwest coast. Additionally, Lauren has worked to address the student loan debt crisis and worked to make higher education affordable for all. She currently organizes with more than 20 campuses across the U.S. campaigning for fossil fuel divestment, prison divestment and reinvestment in community-owned solutions.
