Megan Wallingford

As Senior Advisor on the advisory services team, Megan is responsible for supporting various clients including companies, non-profits, and investors, on a variety of projects related to ESG/sustainability benchmarking, stakeholder engagement, materiality assessment, and other custom project work and ESG research. Megan has a broad range of experience working in the private, public and non-profit sectors, and has studied, lived and worked globally. Prior to joining the Sustainalytics team, Megan developed and launched the Canadian local network chapter for the UN Global Compact, and designed and managed the network’s inaugural program. In this role, she worked closely with large- and medium-sized companies to build capacity and embed human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption principles into their strategy, operations, and supply chain.
 
Megan holds a Master of Global Affairs from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University. She has also completed the Global Reporting Initiative’s G4 training. In 2015, Megan was selected as one of Canada’s Top 30 under 30 Sustainability Leaders by Corporate Knights Magazine.
