Tony Calandro is an accomplished leader with more than 25 years of experience in sustainability and social impact. Tony is a trusted advisor known for providing counsel to C-suite executives across a variety of industry sectors to successfully address their most complex business and societal challenges. He has worked with many brands and organizations, including companies in the energy; transportation; technology; telecommunications; financial services; biotechnology; food and beverage; and, nonprofit sectors.

He founded Purposeful Strategies as a values-centric consultancy driven by the belief that business can be a force for good. He works with brands to sharpen their value proposition; increase their reputation; and, creates strategic partnerships with organizations and companies that helps them grow their business.    

He is a strategic advisor to the World Business Council for Sustainable Development; Impact 2030; and, Carol Cone’s Purpose Collaborative. Prior to creating Purposeful Strategies, Tony was a Senior Partner at VOX Global, a subsidiary of Fleishman Hillard International, where he chaired the firm’s sustainability practice group. Under Tony’s leadership, VOX Global was recognized by PR News as one of the top ten corporate social responsibility agencies among communication firms.
