  • Augusta University’s Medical College of Georgia Foundation has selected a TIAA subsidiary to manage its $240 million endowment as an outsourced-chief investment officer (OCIO).

UTIMCO Endowment Returns Positive; Strategic Asset Allocation Approved by UT Regents l Pensions & Investments

  • Returns of the two educational endowments managed by University of Texas/Texas A&M Investment Management Co., Austin, were uniformly positive and topped benchmark returns for periods ended June 30, fund documents showed. Net returns for the $21.5 billion Permanent University Fund as of June 30 were 1.4% for three months; 11.3% for one year, 7.5% for three years; 8.3% for five years; and 5.8% for the 10-year period.

  • Aon has developed a rating system to assess how well managers integrate ESG considerations into their investment decision-making processes. The ESG ratings, which apply to the consultant’s buy-rated investment strategies, also reflect Aon’s assessment of managers’ levels of “active share ownership”, their engagement with companies in relation to ESG risk factors, and their collaboration with the wider responsible investment community.
