Tara Doyle, SVP, Business Development and Strategic Marketing, Boston Common Asset Management

Tara is responsible for expanding the firm’s relationships with institutional investors, intermediaries, and distribution partners. Additionally, she works closely with the Marketing team to highlight Boston Common's leadership across the impact spectrum. Tara has worked in business development functions across the financial sector since 2011, including roles in private equity and fixed income. She joined Boston Common after building out the business development program at Terra Alpha Investments, an emerging ESG manager. Tara is a lifelong distance runner who takes pride in giving back in her free time. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Hero Dogs, a Maryland-incorporated nonprofit that raises, trains, and places service dogs and other highly skilled canines with wounded veterans and first responders. She is also an active board member for EcoWomen, a national 501(c)(3) dedicated to empowering women as professional leaders and stewards of the environment. She previously served on the board of America SCORES New York.
