Cara Dominici is a Sustainable Investing Fellow and a rising senior at Swarthmore College, majoring in Economics and double-minoring in Peace & Conflict Studies and Statistics. She is passionate about team-building, system approaches, and finding sustainable solutions to systemic socioeconomic injustices. She has experience in nonprofit fundraising, climate finance research, UN frameworks, and venture capital.

On campus, she is a varsity swimmer and two-time All-American, swim instructor, game theory teaching assistant, and member of Swarthmore’s Girls Into VC chapter. From 2024-2025 she researched World Bank lending patterns and multilateral governance institutions surrounding climate change at Swarthmore, and was recently selected to be a student delegate to the COP31 conference. This summer, she is excited to be back in the Boston area and is looking forward to contributing to IEN’s work and learning more about sustainable investing practices.
