The Church Investment Group (CIG) is a non-profit that provides investment management for Episcopal endowments to earn competitive investment returns while aligning their investments with their missions. CIG works with Episcopal endowments to review their mission goals, spending policies and asset allocation, to adopt ethical investment policies, to institute proxy voting and engage in advocacy work. Through a partnership with an Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO), CIG enables Episcopal organizations to join together in shared faith and values to realize the benefits of investing at scale. CIG invests in the equities and bonds of corporations that have sustainable environmental approaches, conscientious human rights policies, and good corporate governance practices.
