IEN Members are invited to join us for an interactive, collaborative community conversation exploring fiduciary duty and responsible institutional investing. This session features two nationally recognized experts for a fireside chat on how institutional investors can navigate today's evolving landscape while addressing long-term systemic risks.

The conversation will cover recent legal and policy developments reshaping fiduciary obligations—including new international precedents and the forthcoming System-Level Investment Handbook—alongside the most pressing systemic issue areas facing investors today. Speakers will also address what's still missing from a broad view of system-level fiduciary duties, and close with practical governance takeaways for IEN members, including the unique perspectives foundations and endowments have in this space.
