Iroquois Valley is one of the first private enterprises in North America that offers investors direct exposure to a diversified portfolio of certified organic farmland. Raising funds through a combination of equity and debt capital, we seek to offer qualified organic farmers long-term access to land through leases and mortgages. In certain circumstances, we support the financial health of organic farm businesses through operating lines of credit.

Iroquois Valley has received investment support from a variety of sources including individuals, trusts, foundations, non-profits, corporations, and family offices. Unique fundraising amounts range from $10,000 to $5MM with an average of approximately $100,000. Each investment the Company makes represents a direct partnership with an independent organic farm.  Iroquois Valley's portfolio contains over 13,000 acres of land across 14 states with a value of approximately $55 million.
