Jacqui Smith, Portfolio Manager & Sustainability Strategist, Reynders, McVeigh Capital Management

Jacqui-Edit.jpgJacqui Smith is a Portfolio Manager and Sustainability Strategist at Reynders, McVeigh Capital Management where she advises and manages investment portfolios for individuals, families, and institutional clients. She leads the firm’s sustainability strategy and serves on the shareholder engagement team, integrating responsible investment principles across client portfolios through active management.

Prior to joining Reynders, McVeigh in January 2021, Jacqui held senior roles across finance, sustainability, and energy, including Vice President and Private Client Advisor at Bank of America Private Bank, Senior Fellow at the Intentional Endowments Network, Senior Sales Manager at Gulf Oil, and Energy Advisor at Tradition Energy.

Jacqui earned a BA in Communications and Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA in Economics of Financial Markets from Bentley University. She holds the Chartered SRI Counselor℠ designation and was an adjunct professor at Bentley University, where she created and taught their first Introduction to ESG & Impact Investing course.

She is an active member and former Co-Chair of the Boston chapter of Women Investing for a Sustainable Economy (WISE), an inaugural Co- Circle Leader of Invest for Better, and Executive Member of Tomorrow’s Women Today. Jacqui also volunteers with the PJT Memorial Foundation and lives on the South Shore with her family.
