Keith Johnson, Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. 

Keith Johnson chairs the Institutional Investor Services Group at Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c., a Midwest-based law firm in the United States. He represents pension funds and institutional investors globally on fiduciary, investment, corporate governance, and securities litigation matters. He is Co-Chair of the Fiduciary Duty Working Group at the Network for Sustainable Financial Markets, an international think-tank, and is a member of the American College of Investment Counsel. Before joining Reinhart, Johnson served as Chief Legal Officer of the State of Wisconsin Investment Board, the ninth largest public pension fund in the United States, where he headed investment legal services and was a member of the Risk Committee. He served on the Executive Board of the National Association of Public Pension Attorneys and was President of the organization. Johnson was also Program Director of the University of Wisconsin Law School’s International Corporate Governance Initiative and a member of the Stanford Institutional Investors’ Forum Committee on Fund Governance. He is currently co-editor of the Cambridge University Handbook of Institutional Investment and Fiduciary Duty.
