- PVTA BUS:
The easiest way to get to Mount Holyoke College from other campuses in the area is through the PVTA bus system. The PVTA line 38 and line 39 busses run between Amherst, Mt. Holyoke, Smith, UMass Amherst, and Hampshire seven days a week. On Saturdays, the first 38 leaves UMass at 9:25 a.m. and runs until 2:45 a.m. For the 39 (running between Smith, Hampshire, and with limited service to Mt. Holyoke), the first bus leaves from Smith at 9:20 a.m, and runs until 2:05 a.m.
