Monique Aiken, Managing Director, The Investment Integration Project (TIIP)

Monique Aiken is Managing Director of The Investment Integration Project (TIIP), a consulting services and applied research firm that provides advice, thought leadership and a turnkey solution to help investors manage systemic risks and opportunities. She is also a Contributing Editor at ImpactAlpha, a digital news magazine for the impact investing sector, where she hosts "The Reconstruction'', a podcast about moving capital towards justice. Monique is also a co-founder of Make Justice Normal, a collective that seeks to open space for people that are working toward a world in which capital, a proxy for structural power, embodies justice, with the ultimate goal of narrative change and a member of the Fast Company Executive Board, an invitation-only professional organization of company founders, executives, and leaders who are defining the future of business.  Monique also serves on the Board of the Institute for Nonprofit Practice and is Member of Sapiens Impact.

Her experience includes time as Vice President, Programs, at Mission Investors Exchange, a 250+ member network for outcomes focused practitioners in impact investing; Director at Tideline, a boutique strategy consultant in impact investing; and Project Manager for No Ceilings: The Full Participation Project at the Clinton Foundation. Prior to that, she spent nearly 15 years in financial services, including with Bank of America’s Loan Origination group, Citigroup’s Debt Capital Markets team, and Deutsche Bank’s Commodity Derivatives group. Ms. Aiken has been a featured speaker for Council of Development Finance Agencies, High Water Women, Mission Investors Exchange, Philanthropy Unbound, Silicon Valley Executive Center, SOCAP Global, Stern Women in Business and USAID and has been published by ImpactAlpha and Giving Compass.  

Ms. Aiken is a proud Toigo, SEO, and INROADS alum and holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, where she specialized in Financial Instruments and Markets and a B.Sc. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
