Netanya is a graduate student at Northeastern University in the Environmental Science and Public Policy program and a Chartered Accountant from Mumbai, India (equivalent of CPA). Prior to moving to the US in 2022, she worked as an ESG Research Analyst at Institutional Shareholder Services, a leading provider of ESG solutions for financial institutions. During her research assistantship at Northeastern, Netanya was a part of the team that facilitated a course on Multilateral Environmental Agreements in collaboration with the United Nations Environment Programme for government officials of six SADC countries. She is passionate about sustainability, particularly about the role of corporations in balancing profit generation and creating value for stakeholders through environmental stewardship, and social responsibility.
