Ms. Moreno has worked in ESG and advocated on behalf of diverse and small investment managers throughout her career in investment management. She currently works closely with institutional investors, investment consultants and trustees across defined benefit plans on behalf of high performing small and/or diverse investment managers focused on private markets strategies.  At the World Bank - IFC she worked in the ESG Division, training corporate boards to incorporate global best practices in governance. Ms. Moreno started her career at Golman Sachs' Fixed Income Research Division.  She has advanced degrees from the London School of Economics (MSc) and Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (M.A.).
