We are excited to announce that Marina Severinovsky, Head of Sustainability, North America at Schroders, is joining IEN’s Steering Committee.

Marina's extensive experience in sustainability and ESG integration, coupled with her impressive background in investment strategy and client management, makes her an invaluable addition to our team. Marina has been with Schroders since 2010, starting as an Alternatives Specialist, and has held various key roles, including Investment Director for the Quantitative Equity Products (QEP) team and Investment Strategist. Her expertise spans multiple areas, from commodities and emerging market debt to insurance-linked securities and quantitative equity products.

Prior to her tenure at Schroders, Marina worked with Citi Capital Markets and Banking as an Associate in Investment Banking, Digital Mandate, LLC as a Consultant and Client Relationship Manager, and Chicago Partners, LLC as an Analyst. With 18 years of professional experience, Marina brings a wealth of knowledge in economic analysis, research, financial modeling, product development, and client relationship management. We are confident that her contributions will significantly enhance our efforts to promote sustainable investing practices.
