An advocate for investing in women, Kathleen is a 25+ year veteran of the financial services industry who has dedicated much of her career to focusing on increasing the industry’s understanding of and responsiveness to the financial planning needs of women. At Pax World and Pax Ellevate, Kathleen leads initiatives related to gender diversity and women’s leadership, and oversees the firm’s broader contributions to thought leadership related to women and sustainable investing and to gender equality as an investment concept. In 2015, Kathleen was named to InvestmentNews’ inaugural Women to Watch list, which honors female financial advisors and industry executives who are distinguished leaders at their firms.  Prior to her current role, Kathleen was President of Catalina Leadership, a strategic advisory organization she launched that focused on investing in women, and was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs for 13 years.
