Shawn D. Wischmeier, CFA is the Chief Investment Officer at The Margaret A. Cargill Foundation. Prior to this, Mr. Wischmeier was the Chief Investment Officer at North Carolina Retirement System from June 2010 to March, 2012. Previously, he served as the Chief Investment Officer at Indiana Public Retirement System and focused on diversifying that plan’s assets into alternative investment strategies. Mr. Wischmeier is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He received his Masters in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management and Undergraduate Degree at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
