At Brandeis she was a member of the Senate Sustainability Committee and elected the 2016 Student Representative to the Brandeis Sustainability Fund. Cacildia was also an organizer for Brandeis Climate Justice’s fossil fuel divestment campaign. In addition to planning actions and building coalitions for this campaign, she presented to the Board of Trustees about divestment and contributed to research as an undergraduate representative to Brandeis’ Ad-hoc Committee on Fossil Fuel Divestment. She is excited to build off these experiences and learn more through working with IEN.
